Review on Adjustable Hydraulic Handbrake Universal Cylinder by Vladimir Castillo

First, let me say that my husband is a mechanic. Good: The package arrived quickly. All parts are included. It was very easy to install. The brakes were properly bled to make everything work. The bad thing: after the brake lines were installed and bled, they continued to tighten very quickly before they were even driven along and checked while driving. It also did not return to its original position as quickly as possible on its own, but rather slowly and in some cases not at all. With a hydraulic brake, you want this to happen, and it has rarely happened. We thought maybe it was because the machine was on jack stands and had to carry weight, so we lowered it and it seemed to work a little better. Then my husband said let me try to drive. Well he ran one down the block, tried to apply the brake and not only didn't work but it flexed as it was pulled and when it came back it burst. The weird thing is that every time he pulled it in the garage the gauges and everything was on, but when he was driving it didn't work. Weirdly, we know that instead we used the handbrake for drifting and just had to put it on and set it to a break line. Air bubbles did the same thing during a road test and it worked the first time. Customer Service: 2 weeks ago returned an item and still waiting for a refund or status update on whether they received it or not. Will update the review if we hear anything. Now. If you're trying to use this for drifting, don't worry. If you're using it for a general e-brake replacement, don't worry as it might not get stuck like ours did. Also doesn't come with an oil container so be careful. Update: It's been over a month since I've sent it back and no one has come forward for a refund and the tracker shows they didn't receive it but UPS TRACKER says it did. Don't bother buying this. Update almost 2 months later: still no return. There is no update yet to receive the item.
