Nylata anti-theft license plate frames are of excellent quality. I had to remove two nuts to fix a mistake I made during installation and it was very tricky so I'm pretty sure it would take too much effort for anyone to mess around with. Very good quality frame but some caveats and suggestions. 1) The packaging is elegant but unnecessary for mail order goods like Revain ships.
