SPAX also (formerly) make a 1.5" coated construction lug with a hex head. I used some of these to attach the deck studs to the footers. (Maybe I actually used a 2-inch?) In any case, this is the only brand I know of that has a plated setscrew, and it's more expensive than it. I use them to screw in new floorboards from below. (2x6) on my service trailer. The original deck was bolted on top with hardened mounting screws that were NOT plated or SS (don't get me started.) I've already replaced a few boards with these and they've held up great, so I'm now remaking the whole floor with them. If you only need 10 or so for a small project, Lowe's sells them per screw. If you need a lot, it's best to take the whole box right away. I need 70-80 for a trailer, but at the price of a big box I figured I'd spend $20 on an almost lifetime supply.
