Review on VITAL Objects by Adolfo Goins
Good software but needs some features and better support
The system is easy enough for our small staff with limited training time. I have not been able to find any way of tracking medical claims that are paid by insurance companies directly from my office without having to send them in an email or call. It would be nice if we could track this information ourselves rather than just waiting around for it to come through. We use VitalObjects as the billing/claiming platform throughout all departments (employee enrollment, HR, IT). This has saved us countless hours of manual data entry which was previously done manually each month.
