love, love, love! I will never do without a toilet seat like this as long as I live! If you have constipation problems, you won't have them again. The Direct Stream option is only available at this price point, but it's definitely worth the money. If you think it's expensive, consider how much you can spend on laxatives, suppositories, etc. You won't need them anymore. Not to mention the discomfort. It makes a great gift for elderly parents who may be struggling in that department. After a few weeks we did have a small issue, but the customer support was excellent and dealt with it efficiently and quickly. Thanks Vivien!
