Great Price! Replaced my crumbling roof vents and it was as easy as the next replacement project. The task is to remove and prepare the seal. Pray that the correct lap sealant is used during the initial installation as anything sealed with silicone based products is much more difficult to prepare. Which goes without saying, you'll get plenty of sealant overlap! Another thing I did was rub alcohol on all areas where the sealant was applied. To do this, you need to use old rags, paper towels will not work. My vents didn't have bug screens, so I didn't install any. Never had trouble with bugs so it seemed unnecessary. Your mileage may vary. If I was near a swamp I might think differently :)
