Review on Diversitech Corporation IQP-120 1.6 Gpm 120V Ac Condensate Pump by Jason Childs

I have NETBOTZ networked room monitors that I set up as a home monitor and alarm long before something like Simply Safe was available (15 years). I hooked up water leak sensors to my NetBotz in the basement and it found a leak the other day and my old Stone Age condensate pump was the culprit. I've been looking for smart pumps but to no avail I guess due to the increase in cost with Wi-Fi connectivity. These pumps are as close as can be and I love everything about them. Amazingly quiet, easy to install (what do you need to install?! Just plug it in!), and I love the blinking blue LED that lets you know all systems are up and running. Additionally, the external signal connector/wiring and the ability to disable the cooling system means I can connect it to the dry contact cable for my NETBOTZ and HVAC system. When the high water level in the pump activates, I get a text and email through my NetBotz and the HVAC system shuts down to stop producing condensate. I'm excited about the self-cleaning feature (haven't seen it in action yet) and the clear tank just makes sense. Overall excellent value for money and smart design features.
