My Optima gt1080 projector has clocked up 5200 hours, it's time for a new lamp. At first I was worried that it might not fit, it might break when installed, it might not have enough brightness. worried for nothing. This new lightbulb changed the world. It shines brightly, you can observe it during the day. It was easy to install, just watched a YouTube video by Optomausa called "Optima Technology - Changing the lamp in your Optima projecter". The video lasts just over a minute, about as long as it took to change the lightbulb. It's as simple as loosening a few screws, taking out the old bulb, putting in a new one, and screwing in a few screws again. The quality is now as good as when I unpacked it a few years ago. I wish I had bought a new lamp sooner!
