We recently purchased this carry on trolley for our long trip from Hawaii to Minnesota. Judging from the item, it had all the desirable qualities you would need on a long trek through a large airport complex to catch your next flight. We loved the thought of our hands getting a break from carrying heavy carry-on luggage and found that it actually worked. In fact, we had two carry-on bags, one for each of us. So the wagon, if you want to call it that, did its job and met our needs very well. while on the aircraft and/or preparing it for departure. What's worth noting are all the pushy travelers waiting to do what you need with a trolley. However, remember that the device folds and unfolds very quickly and efficiently. The included straps also kept our bags in tow really well. And the cart locks into a customer-friendly latching position, requiring little effort to release the latch. If you don't use the included cloth bag, this is a good storage bag. We have no regrets and feel that the size, looks and overall utility of the trolley make it worth it. The trolley is a quality product that we believe will last for years. We can't imagine using it for any other purpose, but I suspect it would be suitable for carrying larger items than could be carried by hand. Also remember that the unit's weight capacity in pounds far exceeds any weight limits than any other product. We assumed that the limitation is a plus and says something about the higher quality of this device compared to others. When folded, the entire trolley is very compressed and easier to handle. We recommend this hand truck which we think is worth the price. This cart made our journey of thousands of miles much better than in years past when we had to carry all our heavy loads by hand. Of course, you can rent a luggage trolley at almost any airport, but it doesn't belong to you, it doesn't get you on the plane, it's bulky and it's usually available for larger checked luggage. So why spend money when this affordable device is always there for you in such a situation. Great product but you are the judge!
