I like that it allows you to create multiple profiles in order to target specific markets and offer different marketing campaigns at each of them! It is easy for users to understand how everything works thanks to the user-friendly design. Nothing really, we have had no issues so far as our account manager has been excellent with his explanations. We are reaching out more directly to guests who want to book into one of their properties without having to go via an agent or another third party website/platform, which helps us connect better with our customers by providing access to all channels available via HotelGenius.
