Excellent platform & great customer service

I like that it allows you to create multiple profiles in order to target specific markets and offer different marketing campaigns at each of them! It is easy for users to understand how everything works thanks to the user-friendly design. Nothing really, we have had no issues so far as our account manager has been excellent with his explanations. We are reaching out more directly to guests who want to book into one of their properties without having to go via an agent or another third party…

Pros
  • The platform provides hoteliers great insight about what kind clients they should be pursuing online vs offline i am using geo fencing (which tracks every client's phone when he opens my app) combined wth guest satisfaction surveys + other tools from data analytics suite..it just saves me hours upon hrs everyday spent looking through CRM platforms

  • Almost everything is ok

Amazing Adsense Alternative And Customer Service

The ease of use, the ability to track results and the customer service are all great! I love that you can set up campaigns for different budgets. We have been able to target our ads towards specific cities or countries. This has helped us reach more customers in less time. You can also pick and choose which products you want to advertise. I wish we could set an end date for campaigns but this is not possible at this time. It would be nice to know when it will expire so we don't lose out on any
