Let's just say there isn't much privacy
I got this for my two monitors at work, I have an open half-cabin contract and I didn't want team members to be able to read another monthly review, while I was working on them. They're great for reducing blue light and eye strain BUT for privacy I can still see everything on my screen when I'm across the office or standing over my seat. I find that really just darkens the image far to one side or the other.
