Yes, it seems to be of high quality. Nice and solid. The output power is large, the choice of speed, etc. is easy. It relieves some muscle pain and does a phenomenal job. I wish they could make an additional attachment that attaches to the handle and makes it easier to use on your back. Massaging someone is almost effortless, in fact you often have to "hold back" or it starts to pound on the bone or become too intense. But it will give you the kind of deep tissue massage you can handle. 5-10 minutes and the lumps in the shoulders that were a week went away. I only have one small complaint about it, although it comes with a nice case it would be VERY handy if they made it so you could leave the extensions on and it still fit in the case! If you want to keep it in a case, you'll have to remove the attachment and turn it on each time, and it's pretty good there. I found myself using the same attachment and the gun stayed open most of the time. But overall I would give this thing a 5. case is low.
