Why are these things so complicated for 3-way installation.
Like most guys, I open a device and toss the instructions with the box into the trash. The instructions are absurd. The graphics do not match the device wiring, its all cluster together for multi-language. Its way too complicated for a stupid light switch. For a three way, you have to make an adjustment to the opposing switch. Why cant they make these things to be a direct swap, hot/load and two travelers.Bottom line follow the instructions and do not forget to wait a couple of minutes before testing.
