This product is as advertised and works very well on my 30 year old tile floor. It is easy to apply and the joint can be easily filled with a spatula. For my project I wasted about 30 percent of the sealant. I found that if the coating was less than 1mm, some of the discolored solution would show through. What I really liked was the scraper they provided. I removed the excess caulk at a 45 degree angle to the tile lines and filled in between the tiles like a pro. Before cleaning the individual surfaces of the tile with a damp cloth, you need to wait two hours for it to harden. It doesn't stand, but I will use the waterproofer 511 to seal in the new seal after leaving it overnight.
