I love this new kitchen tool. I wasn't sold until I visited my sister in law and she had a similar one. I figured they were too prickly and would only use them in the stickiest, timed situations. I was wrong! I bought this size and shape thinking they would work best for the things I use. It's just perfect for my hands. I thought I would mainly use it for my cast iron. NO. I use it for everything. It cuts the work in half and none of my stainless steel, cast iron or ceramic kitchen utensils get scratched. I even got a wooden spoon that had some hardened food on it to get rid of the stirring and it worked great. I can start gifting them because they are a great tool.
