Definitely used although the title says 'New'
The product description says it is new but it is not. The metal lid was corroded and it was bent too; this only happens if it was previously taken out or attempted to be put into the PS4. In addition, the entire hard drive was covered in scratches, as if someone had tried to open it. This was a disappointment and is falsely advertised as 'New' despite showing clear signs of use and wear. In comparison, my old disc in my PS4 looked much better than the one I received. I do not recommend this product at all.
