0.3 gallon bottles and also 5. like me but they are a bit wobbly. Place the 5th under the 3rd and the 5th will hold the back of the 3rd in place. So yes, as the product page says, they are indeed optimized for 5 gallon bottles. 5 gallon bottles seem to do the trick though. This stand is pretty solid. Mine was easy to put together with a few features. One of the holes wasn't drilled perfectly, so it had to be reamed out with a /16 drill bit. One end of the bar began to tighten and loosen as I tried to attach it to the rest of the loosely assembled bar. I turned it on and everything went fine. It would be nice if there were arrows or something to indicate "this page inside" or something because the page parts look the same to me on each page. Spare Parts; There was a spare leg, some spare washers and screws. Much better than not enough. It appears to be made with quality materials and (as mentioned) craftsmanship.
