Didn't work at all: Computer components

I had to switch between my work laptop and the editing station, but I use a backlit "gaming keyboard". He didn't switch. I even filed the power supply, thinking that might be the problem, but it still didn't register the wireless keyboard or my backlit keyboard. He didn't even switch between the two computers. It was total nonsense. I'm going back and looking for another brand.
