Relatively easy to install on a 1999 Accord. I had to remove the door panel to access the mirror control wire that connects it to the door. There are videos on YouTube showing what tools are needed and what steps to take. All the tools you need are a flathead screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver and an 8mm socket. Just be as careful as possible since you are working with plastic sheets.
