The clips are not positioned correctly
I ordered this for my cat to take outside or on the patio. Clips for attaching straps around the neck and chest look upside down. Clamps point towards the body. So if you try to crop it, you can't see where it's going. I have a different wiring harness with correctly spaced clips and it works fine. This harness is difficult to put on and take off as you cannot see the on/off clips. I would not order this again.
