Windows 10 didn't like any of my DVD drives so I took them out. Sometimes I needed a CD/DVD drive. This fits the bill. Yes, you must use two hands to control it and no deal breaker. Reads and writes CD/DVD material with ease. If, like me, you sometimes need an external drive, buy this drive. I bought it because of M-Media. I've been out of the loop for a while checking. 100 GB Longlife DVD. Haven't used this yet but it will be great for storing family photos. Thanks to the stability of Windows updates, we all need to back up important files.
