1. Block is defective.
So I got the device and tried it out. It didn't work, plugged directly into a new 65 inch Samsung. I tried different sockets. There's no LED to indicate power or device activity, which would probably be nice to include in the design. I assume the device is defective. , I asked to be replaced. I will update after receiving a replacement unit. I am planning to use this along with J-Tech Digital HDMI Extender By Single Cat 5E/6/7 Full HD 1080P to extend multiple video inputs to one monitor. I hope the next one works.
