Not the best solution for Honda Ridgeline or Honda Pilot.
I bought it for my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. Unfortunately, it does not fit the original 7-pin connector. The pins are aligned and touching, but the adapter is loose in the socket. And the retention mechanism will not work. The adapter pops out at the slightest pressure. Looking online I see that Honda Ridgeline and Honda Pilot owners are facing the same problem. If you have one of these cars I would suggest looking elsewhere.
