I bought about 16 pairs. As mentioned already sooner or later those 3/16” balls come flying out and good luck trying to find them. I t’s cheap workmanship. At any rate I couldn’t find 5 of the ball- 2 from one and 3 from another. Two other ones I was able to retrieve the balls and was able to re-install them with tweezers and needle nose pliers. I was able to replace the 3/16” balls, from NationSkander California Corp which cost me an additional $9.00 For 10. So my advice is: Your taking a chance with this product. Sooner or later ,during installation, your going to push in or pull out too hard and you will have to replace the lost balls, unless you can find them and can replace and repair.
