It's not metal.
A fitting replacement for my 22 year old metal shutters. color as stated. The little knobs covering the screws don't work well. I had to siliconize them and seal them with tape until they were completely dry. Now they are fine. Not sure about durability as I just hung them up. I'm fine with them on my little brick ranch. I bought 2 sets. Mind you, it's not metal, if that matters to you.
