Great platform for customer engagement

The tool allows me to easily integrate with our ticketing system by creating tickets from questions received in my personal inbox (I love this). I can also reply directly through chat, which cuts out having multiple back-and-forths before making an informed decision about what needs done next.The integration isn't always smooth; it's easy enough when things are working well but can be frustrating if you're not familiar or used to using their API/Toolkit - there seems little guidance given as we learn how best to use them together. We've been able solve most of our issues since going live. A good thing!
