Also, the ability to track visits from visitors who have been referred by another user and then assigned to that referrer's profile. I dislike how some of the features don't work as intended so it requires constant testing and troubleshooting to make sure they're working correctly. Enterprise Visitor Identity Management helps us keep track of our customers' time spent on our website. The benefits are that we can easily see which areas visitors spend most of their time in and also which departments or products they visit most often.
