This stool was a waste of money. me on my ass in front of a client. Okay not a big deal I suppose so I bought a spare wheel that looks like a roller wheel and figured I'll take the opportunity or upgrade the wheels. After about 2 weeks, one of the roller bushings (which came with the stool) broke inside the stool leg, putting me back on my bum in front of the customer. Now I'm angry. So I ordered HEAVY DUTY replacement heads for my new wheels again. At the moment the problem is fixed. NOW the screw bushings that actually attach the seat to the chair break out of the cheap crappy chipboard base. So I'm just waiting for the moment when I hit the chair at an angle and spin back into the ejection seat. I REPEAT. I JUST USE IT. HIM IN THE SPORTS MEDICAL CLINIC. DO NOT BUY THIS. Paid £87 for it when I bought it, better living because of the crappy budget stools I had before. Disappointed with this stool!
