This is a solid build I need because I'm a 300lb 3XL guy. So I'm happy with that. But that chrome steel handle needs to be removed. It lands right on my tailbone when I try to sit on a stool. Painful. Thankfully, it unscrews and flips easily. The top of the seat is slippery. You need to stick on the traction tape. A final gripe is that the seat cushion is sewn into a flat cylinder rather than a dome. It would be nice if the perimeter material was soft and flexible, but it isn't. Falls in the…

This stool was a waste of money

This stool was a waste of money. me on my ass in front of a client. Okay not a big deal I suppose so I bought a spare wheel that looks like a roller wheel and figured I'll take the opportunity or upgrade the wheels. After about 2 weeks, one of the roller bushings (which came with the stool) broke inside the stool leg, putting me back on my bum in front of the customer. Now I'm angry. So I ordered HEAVY DUTY replacement heads for my new wheels again. At the moment the problem is fixed. NOW the…

Impressive seat that could become my new favorite

When I unpacked this product and saw it first hand I was very impressed. I can't say anything about the strength of the product yet, but I can say that the seat is very comfortable. It's not flat and square like most seats. It is rounded and hugs my back snugly. It's big enough to support my entire back and offers a snug fit. I like that the chair reclines about 5 degrees. I fidget even when my brain is busy. I don't like fidget toys, especially since I work on the computer all day. This…

Too short for a 5ft 2 in person --- At least in my experience

Despite many reviews on what to buy based on height, this model was a perfect fit for short people not my experience at all. I bought this particular stool based on the short people reviews. He was too low for me. I wear wedges and heels to the office (where I use a stool) 4 days a week and because of the heels, not everything on this stool reached the right height - even the day I wore the sneakers it was so low. I had no choice but to send them back because I needed the right stool for…
