Bought 2, very nice packaging arrived very quickly. They came already charged although I am not sure if they are fully charged. They are used by two people, the lowest intensity (out of three) is already perfectly good for a woman. They used them every day, only 4-6 times a day, and only strained them 3 times in 27 days. So far very reliable. They do not heat up when charging and hold up perfectly. Although they don't offer as much protection as the 3/4 foot boots used on patients in hospitals, they are very portable for travel because they don't require cords. Even in the absence of medical conditions, they can be used to improve circulation or simply as calf and hand massagers. It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge. So far, so good! If the status changes, the rating will be published again. ==> Update 05/20/20. Still awesome! This was last used after an operation in November 2019. Picked it up to use, still big charge and charged a few more times. like new. ==> Update 09/13/20. As good as day one.
