Day 1: The first shipment of this product contained only a well-made bracket. Two 4" mounting plates, the second mounting bracket, brackets and screws were missing. A replacement product has been sent. Day 2: Replacement 2nd order shipped due to missing parts from 1st order. The scope of delivery of the 2nd replacement strap contained only (again) 1 hand; no screws or pins to attach plate or 2nd lever missing. It mirrored/duplicated the first order problems. I feel it was offered as appeasement without much merit. I will be charged if I have not returned 2 incomplete orders sent to me. I resent having to do something else, such as Now I have to return both individual 4" mounting plates and do whatever I have to do. , suppliers have to check their sloppy work (QC) to perform it. I will cancel this item and find another supplier.
