I was tired of spending money on disposable razors and wanted to improve my shaving skills. I ended up buying the entire VIKING set (brush, bowl/soap, stand, double-sided handle and 50 spare blades). Although the initial cost was higher than cartridge razors, I had already saved money within a month. . You can easily spend $30 for a pack of 4 good cartridges. Even if you use 1 of these blades for 1 week the blade comes with 2 starter blades and a spare set of 50 which I bought. You could easily have perennial blades for significantly less money. BE CAREFUL, these blades are SHARP. Also as practice blades you can quickly cut yourself (if you have never used this type of razor). Worth buying, highly recommended!
