Good tactical pen with understated style

One of the main functions of a tactical pen should be restraint. Not to be seen as a weapon. It seems that most tactical pens fail to do this basic job in one way or another. This pen is one of the rarest pens to meet this first requirement. The pen is quite elegant, very simple and writes quite well. It's not the holy grail for writing masterpieces, but it does write better than the cheap pens most of us use. The cap is easily pressed against the back of the pen when writing. It's heavier than a standard pen and you can feel the weight of the pen when you write, but it doesn't really put any weight on your hand when you write. . The tip of the pen isn't as sharp and doesn't pierce. But then again, this can be a plus if you're looking for something less deadly. The pocket clip is very tight from the factory which needs to be loosened as the grip is too smooth and really gives a good grip to pull out a pen with such a tight clip. All in all this is a good pen. If you're on a budget, I'd rather recommend the Columbia River Knife and Tool TPENWK Williams Tactical Pen. It is larger, more curved, more elegant, more reserved and offers a better grip when drawing thanks to its shape. I think the only good thing about this pen is that it screws on the cap and is cheaper.
