The ability to create different types of workflows for our customers, which can be customized according their requirements using Appflow templates provided by us or customizations that they may provide from within app itself! It has been very helpful while onboarding new users into AFO apps as we have created multiple flows with step-by-step instructions tailored towards them in order get started quickly without having any prior knowledge about how things are done here at APF.
We do not like its UI but it could definitely improve upon this aspect if needed!! Overall I would recommend anyone who wants an easy way out when dealing customer support questions related to applications used via APIs such as Salesforce CRM/ Marketing Automation Tools (Zapier) etc., just go ahead & use ApfFlow's services because you will never regret doing so :) Our sales team uses these various tools everyday hence providing instant answers helps resolve issues faster than before since.
