For a decent cream, you need to use only pasteurized milk. Large flow of water to the strait of the group. For myself, I determined the algorithm for working with the machine: warming up the group for 20 minutes, preparing steam, frothing milk (pitcher 350 ml), spilling the group, warming up the group (at this time a portion of coffee is ground), preparing espresso. After each use, it is necessary to wash the group (it is more convenient with a special brush). If you really like espresso, then this machine is an ideal choice, but if you drink more cappuccino, you should look at double-boiler machines, although they are more expensive, the quality of steam and the speed of preparing drinks will be higher. The Silvia coffee machine is demanding on roasting and grains, you will immediately feel bad coffee and will look for your taste, and this is not easy)).
