They work great, connect and disconnect easily and look the part.

These picks work great, are easy to put on and take off and appear to be waterproof. The instructions aren't the best, but with the right tool and soldering the joint, they last a long time. The price was a good deal too. You need a good crimping tool to work properly and then solder them so they always make a good connection.
