This faucet is expensive. WITH THE SAME FEATURES less than $100) I'm sure for a while. Oh. The touchless function is completely out of order. Now I have to use a pen like before. And even THAT doesn't work sometimes! Should have gone with an "analogue" product. Sometimes even the button doesn't work, the whole part of the system is messed up. I contacted support using their online form. I'm impressed with your quick (Holiday!) and thorough response. It turns out that the faucet only works when nothing is within 2 inches of any part of it (above the sink, underneath, anywhere), the battery and solenoid have to be positioned that way or nothing works. Looks like my rig is fine (they wanted pictures) but still. They send me a new solenoid. Overall GOOD folks but if I knew how spirited this thing is I would never buy a touch faucet.
