AppsForOps - Great Product and Customer Service

The ability to create workflows that can be customized for each department, allowing us as an organization access control over our data in real time without having any IT staff or developers involved! There are some minor bugs with this product but I am sure they will get fixed soon enough once their team gets more experienced using it (they have only been around since May). We use Appforops timeline within Salesforce so we were able solve many problems related sales process automation such ticket creation/assignment etc.,.

Easy customization
Great UI features
User friendly no requirement skills needed except basic understanding about Gantt chart view.
Support from support rep is quick & customer centric response which help me troubleshooting my issues quickly& efficiently during working hours too
