I have a lot of arthritis in my neck from a severe car accident years ago. It can get pretty painful and this neck wrap with moist heat does wonders for relieving the pain. Just pop it in the microwave for a minute, wrap it around you neck and go about your business and you neck pain will less by an incredible amount.
- It works very well and I like the fact you can tie it around your neck, arm leg etc.
- It requires a microwave to heat up, which may not be readily available in some settings
