I hate to write a bad review but the support for this product is terrible and if something goes wrong forget to return it. I'm talking about 2 packs. You cannot switch the remote control switch away from the set position for use. So I contacted support. I spent hours on the internet and on the phone trying to find a solution. It is impossible. Also, all the information on the Internet that they want to access is not compatible with Apple products, only Windows. So they gave me a return number and tried to log me in. He didn't accept my password. I had to reset my password 4 times to finally log in. Then I found that other products that I had already registered were missing from the system. But back to this product. my serial number is not recognized. Finally trying to use the returns system and they need a credit card number. If it is not returned within 30 days of the start of the return, you will be charged. And they send a free return label but don't have a return box. So I had another product and just tried to register it but the serial number was not recognized. Serious! When they work it's nice but if something goes wrong they don't care about your future business at the moment which makes going back almost impossible.
