Great for quick cutting, the sand stays in place as does the velcro.

These 40Gt grinding wheels work great. I find myself looking at the disc to see if it's worn and wondering if it's still going. Used to remove cracked paint from beveled sidewalls and smooth them out before replacing the grit. They work great. The paint does not clog and the sand stays in place. The only area where the sand has come loose is the perimeter, which is about 1/8 inch larger than the bottom plate and therefore hitting every adjacent surface, twisting a little and knocking the sand off.
