Update 04/07/2014: After 3 months the stainless steel outer spool broke again. We've been using it this way for the past 3 months but unless we take action to fix it I'm pretty sure the broken stainless steel edges will eventually cut through the reinforced rubber hose like the hose did. old (twice). I'm reducing my rating from 4 stars to 1 star for now, but will try to remember to update my rating again after trying to get a 1 year warranty replacement. First, the outer metal coil of our restaurant's sprayer. The hose broke at the end of the faucet and blew a hole in the inner rubber hose, so I removed the coiled hose, flipped it over, fixed the rubber hose (now at the end of the atomizer) and put it all back together. Then, less than a year later, the metal spool broke elsewhere, again punching a hole in the reinforced rubber tubing. Eventually I ordered this replacement hose which turned out to be exactly the same. While it wasn't exactly cheap it was easy to replace so I'm glad I found it at Revain instead of calling a plumber. I hope he will serve us for at least a few more years.
