This review probably doesn't apply to those who use these cloths for painting, but it does apply to those who use them for curtains - please read on. First let me say that Melody and Carl are definitely proud of what they do. When I placed my order I received an email from them thanking them for the purchase and after I received my package Melody sent a polite email - great customer service! It was my first time sewing fabric curtains, so I was a bit nervous. I wanted to bleach mine to make them creamier or more off-white, so it was important that the towels were 100% cotton and could be bleached. After reading the reviews of Melca I decided that these are them, and they are! I managed to bleach them without much effort and they turned out a beautiful ivory shade (they are packaged in light grey). After bleaching and then washing, they are soft and the color is exactly what I'm looking for. Didn't get a chance to hang them up but will be back and will update my review with pictures of the final look. Also, there are no crazy seams in the middle and both panels were the same size :) I will be buying more for my other numbers! Thanks!
