Hey I'm a longtime PC build veteran having built over 500 PCs and this time I've decided to just buy one. The computer is fine, the problem is how it is prepared and configured. There is no problem with the signal - it was caused by the motherboard. Random selection between RTX card and internal card. But it's disabled in the bios. What? I discovered this by accident because after 30 downloads it finally switched to an RTX 3080. (This is the second computer of the same type I've ordered, I returned the first one because it wouldn't even switch to RTX, I thought the graphics card died to put cream on top, it wasn't a 12 V connected to the motherboard and that somehow prevented the onboard graphics card from loading (I think it's some kind of motherboard bug) to solve this problem you need to go into the BIOS and enable the onboard processor, so the motherboard doesn't have to choose between the two. I called tech support and got an answer. Oh you ordered from Revain and tried reinstalling the card and memory. Just return the computer. I'm sure more people will order this computer and there's no way they'll find out, they'll send it back and say it doesn't work. (One of the reviews said they removed the battery to reset the bios and it worked. It worked because the setting was probably turned back on, why was it even changed?!) It has a checklist listing all the drivers are listed. here. Drivers aren't installed when you enter Windows, you need to be tech savvy to know how to load the armor box, install all the drivers, etc. Bottom line, the computer works fine once you figure out how to set it up, but I would not recommend this purchase to anyone who is not an advanced PC user and even then it was a very disappointing experience. Hope this helps someone.
