package problem - my new review

I got 2 chairs happily on the third day, but both chairs have more than one scratch and dent on their legs, I have to return them. I can see the legs are assembled when delivered (which should be good because customers don't need to assemble this difficult part), one sit on other's top, the problem is the screw of the upper leg keeps on hitting the lower one's legs and causes damages. But the chair itself looks in good quality and return works easy.
