The light is good, the lamp itself is easy to install. The remote took some time to understand. It's not super clear. The reason I deducted two stars is due to a major inconvenience. I bought this for my daughter's nursery so I could use the night light feature and such, but the main downside is that the light switch resets the lighting settings. For example if I want to dim the light I have to leave the light switch on and turn the light on or off with the remote otherwise the light will reset and I could potentially turn on the light while my daughter is sleeping and it might turn on. at the brightest light, not the darkest level which I left it at originally. Explicitly using the remote control is inconvenient. I would like to be able to change the settings with the remote control, but use the light switch as normal. In general everything is fine. Wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't buy it again.
