If I had bought it for myself as it works well for me I would probably give it 4 or 5 stars. This review is probably for a more isolated situation, but I can only give a review based on our experience. This machine works great when I'm sitting on it, but I bought it for my elderly mother and it doesn't feel like sitting on it. This means it just doesn't work as it's understandably designed not to shoot water until it detects someone sitting on it. When I called them it was obvious that they had heard about this before but they couldn't find a solution. I also think the remote control is an example of bad design. On the one hand, being able to see seat temperature and water temperature feedback is great. However, it could have been designed much better. Probably another example of trying to make a product without language so the same remote control can be sold everywhere. Pros: Multiple heat settings for the seat and they work very well. Multiple heating modes for water and they work very well. noted that checking the remote control is useful. Generally worked well (for me) Cons: no water position memory. The remote control may be too complicated for some users.
