The product works as advertised and is loud enough to be heard in most parts of our home. The only area that could be improved was the leadership. Nowhere does it say how to put batteries in, that they are needed, or there is a picture of how to do it. They're not difficult to install, but they sent a flathead screwdriver and it needed a Phillips head, so it's a bit of a hassle.
