Everything went smoothly and just a little stung while waiting. The scrotal area is now very sore. Hair removal took twice as long as 20 minutes. It worked, but I think I'll stick with shaving. Really, there must be better instructions. It doesn't say how often you can use it, it just says you might need to leave it on longer and try other times. The first time I did 10 minutes as they recommended, the hair was removed very poorly. The second time I did it within 20 minutes with much better results. But now my scrotum burns and hurts a lot. I would NEVER recommend this product for the genital area!
